Save the db's per type, ie. postgres, mysql(mariadb). To make restoring easier as otherwise you'd need to remember which db is of which type.

Nice idea. I don't see myself implementing this anytime soon but I'd accept a PR.

Don't your containers have names so that you know which dump is of what type?
