Can I configure the default settings for all users, e.g. to use avatars from gravatar, make users discoverable from search and enable Quick Add Magic?

Btw, libravatar support would be nice: https://www.libravatar.org/

Right now there's no way to set default settings for users, but I've just pushed a commit to enable quick add magic by default.
