this can be reproduced in the public demo.

Steps to reproduce:

click on a Task
Select "Delete Task"
Confirm with "Do It!"

-> now the part where all Tasks are listed is empty.
When you click now on for example List/Gantt/Table/Kanban you get a "Invalid model provided. Error was: strconv.ParseInt: parsing "undefined": invalid syntax""

A Page refresh is needed.
