Dragging the sole list in a namespace to a different one via the sidebar appears to duplicate the list #2891

Version information:

Frontend Version: 0.20.2+36-12e85909b2
API Version: v0.20.1+39-897a6e5d5c
Browser and OS Version: Firefox 108.0.1 (64-bit) on Win 10

Steps to reproduce:

Drag the sole/last list of a namespace to a different namespace.

Expected behavior:

List should move to the new namespace and leave the old namespace empty.

Actual behavior:

List moves to the new namespace, but appears to remain in the old namespace. Frontend permits you to drag the list to the new namespace again, making it appear as though the list is being duplicated again and again. Page refresh is required to reveal this is not the case.

SS1: Before dragging list in sidebar.
SS2: After dragging list in sidebar.
SS3: After dragging list a few more times.
