Namespaces & Lists: Can't un-check 'Show Archived' #1792

I can't remember when I did this, but one time, I checked "Show Archived" on the "Namespaces & Lists" page. I then discovered that even if I unchecked the option, it would re-check itself upon reloading the page.

It appears that it won't stay unchecked and I am doomed to view my archived lists forever.

To reproduce:

Navigate to "Namespaces & Lists
Have at least one archived list (may not be necessary, but I have one)
Check "Show Archived"
Navigate away and back to "Namespaces & Lists" or just reload the page
Uncheck "Show Archived"
Navigate away and back to "Namespaces & Lists" or just reload the page
"Show Archived" is checked again.
