Releasing mouse outside of task details closes the task #1781

When task details are open, my understanding is that the task can be closed by clicking outside of the task details. However, it closes also when you simply release the mouse rather than clicking. I encountered this when I was clicking and holding to highlight the description of a task, but my cursor was slightly outside of the white box when I released the mouse. I think it would make sense to have it close onClick rather than onMouseUp.
