Description

  1. Create a new comment
  2. The time of the comment shows 'in less than a minute'.
  3. After a short while it changes to 'less than a minute ago'.

I think we should show "Just now" for everything that happened less than one minute ago.

Yes, I have some idea:

The specific time on hover in a tooltip. If you click on the time, the position of the times will toggle (specific time normally displayed and relative time in tooltip).

The state change should happen everywhere and be persisted. It could be abstracted in a small component.
